RETURNS
THE WOVEN SAGA accepts size exchanges of unused items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) requested to us within 3 days of delivery - for store credit only.
To return or exchange your order please write to us at hello@thewovensaga.com with your order and request details.
THE WOVEN SAGA does not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items - the same should be notified to us within 24hrs of delivery via email on hello@thewovensaga.com
Please note that the exchange request will only be accepted once. The shipping amount deducted from your final credit note amount will be Rs.200 for all orders. All sold item prices are final and cannot be changed at the time of return or exchange.
Any request for return or exchange that is reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchange items or items bought via store credit or gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges
SIZE EXCHANGES
We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style and colour that you have purchased.
In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.
Please further note the below:
- Please refer to our Website Terms of Use & Terms of Service. As computer/mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour /texture/ detailing will be 100% accurate.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact and securely packaged. Used products with no tags will not be accepted.
- Do not hand over the product to the pick-up executive without the pickup slip or SMS confirmation.
- THE WOVEN SAGA reserves the right to refuse exchange or quality defect claim of any merchandise which do not meet our quality inspection or terms & conditions
- If your exchange request is not accepted after physical inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense and an exchange/credit note will not be issued.
- 'Damage' or "Defect" does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the fit/ fabric quality / style /design /colour /print /natural texture /fabric texture/weave character /thickness /embroidery/weave irregularities or handcrafted work of the product purchased.
- Damage identified to be caused by customers will not be accepted - such an item will be returned to the customer.
- Refunds are not provided for customer specific dislike of fit, fabric, colour etc.
LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS / ORDERS:
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient or incorrect address is given.
- No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
- Any request for return or exchange that is reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible.
- Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

THE WOVEN SAGA holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. Our returns portal is a self-serve portal for all customers accessible from our website.
We trust our customers to be aware of the T&Cs before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.
