Returns & Exchanges at THE WOVEN SAGA™

All wholesale orders on The Woven Saga are final sale — no returns, no exchange.

All our products are sold in wholesale sets of 5 pieces (one each in S, M, L, XL, 2XL) at wholesale prices. All orders are therefore final sale: no returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: If something arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +91 99918 50959 or at hello@thewovensaga.com with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. Once verified, we’ll replace the affected pieces or issue a credit note.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is verified and the order is packed.
